SocialNxt Refund & Reschedule Policy

At SocialNxt, we value your trust and aim to provide a smooth experience. Please read our refund and reschedule terms carefully before booking a meetup.

1. Full Refunds

• - If SocialNxt cancels or reschedules a meetup, or if minimum participation (4 members) is not met, you may opt for a 100% refund.
• - Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

2. Cancellations by Users

• - 48+ hours before meetup → One-time free reschedule (no extra charge).
• - Within 48 hours of meetup → Non-refundable.
• - No-shows or late arrivals (1 hour+) → Non-refundable, no reschedule.

3. Special Cases

• - Unhappy Experience Guarantee → If you attend and don’t enjoy your meetup, you’ll get a one-time free pass to another meetup within 30 days (no cash refund).
• - Discounted/Offer Tickets → Strictly non-refundable & non-reschedulable.
• - Group Bookings → Refund/reschedule applies only to the cancelling individual, not the entire group.
• - Ticket Transfers → Allowed once, but only to a same-gender friend.

4. Important Notes

• - Only one reschedule per ticket is allowed. If you can’t attend again, your ticket will lapse.
• - All bookings & refunds are processed online only (no cash).
